Notes for Fees Charged

Monthly and One-time Fees

  • Monthly rentals are charged at the rates noted plus HST
  • Each account is charged a one-time admin fee of $25 for its setup plus HST
  • Each account will receive a digital key FOB for building access. A refundable deposit of $25 is charged for the FOB. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental term upon receipt of the FOB as noted in the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
